I absolutely adored the decoration of the hotel! The natural elements blended seamlessly with the surroundings, creating a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The general areas were spacious and well-maintained, with plenty of seating options for relaxation. As a senior woman, I really appreciated the hotel's accessibility. There were ramps and handrails throughout, making it easy for me to navigate around the hotel without any issues. The staff were also understanding and helpful, always ready to assist me if needed.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is a slightly more varied menu. While the food was delicious, it would have been nice to have a few more options, especially for those with dietary restrictions.

Delightful Trails: The paths through the enchanting Sinharaja rainforest were like stepping into a real-life fairytale. The towering trees formed a magnificent canopy overhead, while the undergrowth whispered secrets that only the adventurous could uncover. It was a journey of discovery that transported me to another world.
Overpriced Accommodation: Unfortunately, the value for money at this establishment fell short. Compared to the luxury hotels found in Sri Lanka, the prices were exorbitant and did not match the standards expected.

The eco-friendly establishment truly made us feel at one with nature. The staff were amazing and extremely friendly, with Ramish providing a warm welcome and answering all our questions. Ishan, our trekking guide, was fantastic, sharing his extensive knowledge and making the hiking activities in the forest truly unforgettable.

Text: What an eco-friendly gem! LEED Platinum award winner, lush forest, scrumptious food, and easy trails. Just make sure to comply with a gazillion regulations and navigate the rocky roads to get here. But hey, who needs comfy beds or beautifully decorated rooms? Not me!

Nestled in a tea plantation, surrounded by Sri Lanka's primary rainforest, with well-maintained "container rooms" providing a unique experience. The staff is friendly and well-trained. The guided rainforest tour was fascinating, with sightings of rare birds and other wildlife. Staff provided anti-leech socks. A truly spectacular setting with monkeys nearby. Great vegetarian dishes and efficient service in the restaurant.

My stay at the ecolodge was absolutely amazing. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the beautiful location in the middle of the rainforest. The innovative rooms made from recycled containers were a unique touch. The cleanliness of the eco chalets was impeccable, and I found them to be a lovely place to stay. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure I had a great experience. The food served at the restaurant was delicious, and the staff made my wife's birthday celebration extra special by serving the cake in an interesting way. the hotel facilities, location, and staff made my stay truly memorable.
